Therapy that actually understands your brain.
Virtual, neurodiversity-affirming individual therapy for adults in Colorado and Oregon. Evening and weekend availability. $175 per 50-minute session.
Specialties
All brains and bodies are welcome here, neurodivergent or not. You might just be curious, and many people choose to never pursue a diagnosis for many reasons.
Late-Diagnosed and High-Masking Autistic Adults
Getting a diagnosis as an adult, whether as a teenager or later in life, is a complicated experience. There is often relief alongside grief, and rewriting everything you thought you knew about yourself. I help you process what the diagnosis means and build a life that actually works for your brain.
AuDHD (Autism + ADHD)
AuDHD is its own experience. The way autism and ADHD interact can create patterns that are different from either diagnosis alone, and are often overlooked or misunderstood—even in therapy. You don't have to untangle that on your own here. Your experience makes sense, and it's welcome in this space. This is a space where the full complexity of how your brain works is recognized and supported.
ADHD
ADHD is often misunderstood as a lack of effort or discipline, when it is actually a difference in how your brain regulates attention, motivation, and energy. Many people with ADHD have been told to try harder, be more consistent, or be more organized, but those approaches often don't work because they don't align with how your brain functions. You don't have to force yourself into systems that don't fit. We can find ways to support you that work with your brain instead of against it.
Autism with a PDA Profile
Persistent Drive for Autonomy (also known as Pathological Demand Avoidance) is a profile within the autism spectrum characterized by an intense, pervasive drive for autonomy, a strong sense of fairness and justice, and heightened sensitivity to demands. It is frequently missed in children, teenagers, and adults, and is often misdiagnosed as Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Standard behavioral approaches and compliance-based models are not effective for PDA profiles. I work with PDA individuals using low-demand, collaborative frameworks that respect autonomy and fairness.
Self-Worth and Identity Rebuilding
Self-worth work is for everyone. Whether your sense of self has been shaped by neurodivergence, trauma, relationships, chronic illness, or a lifetime of being told you are too much or not enough, rebuilding and flourishing is possible. You deserve to feel at home in yourself.
Developmental Trauma, PTSD and Complex-PTSD
Trauma can shape the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you. I use a trauma-informed approach and help you gently explore and heal developmental trauma, PTSD, or Complex PTSD at a pace that feels safe.
Narcissistic Abuse and Coercive Control Recovery
Narcissistic abuse and coercive control can devastate your sense of self in ways that are difficult to name and even harder to recover from. I offer support whether you are still in the relationship, working toward leaving, or in recovery. You do not have to have anything figured out to receive support. You do not have to go through this alone.
Dynamic Disability and Chronic Illness
Invisible and fluctuating conditions are frequently dismissed by the medical system and misunderstood by others. Getting answers can take years, and it often involves being dismissed, misunderstood, or not fully believed. These experiences can have a lasting impact and contribute to medical trauma and self-doubt. Conditions like ME/CFS, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Long Covid, and other chronic illnesses carry real grief—including grief for the life you worked so hard for or imagined, and for the energy you no longer have. You are not a burden. You are believed here—without having to prove it. Your experience is valid, and you deserve to be supported and taken seriously.
LGBTQ+ and Kink Allied
I support LGBTQ+ clients, kink communities, and individuals exploring sexuality and identity. For many autistic and neurodivergent people, this is a meaningful part of self-understanding. You're welcome to bring your full self here without judgement.
All brains and bodies are welcome here. There are many neurotypes and experiences not listed on this page. If you are wondering whether we would be a good fit, feel free to reach out and we will discuss it during the consultation. That is what the consultation is for, and I will let you know if I do not think my skillset will help you.
Therapeutic approaches
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Understanding the inner world as a system of parts, each with a purpose.
Somatic Therapy
Body-based approaches that work with the nervous system, not just the mind.
Neurotype Affirming
Working from the neurodiversity paradigm — difference, not deficit.
Attachment-Based
Understanding relational patterns and using the therapeutic relationship as part of healing.
Strength-Based
Building on what is already working, not only addressing deficits.
Disability Affirming
Working from the social model of disability, not the medical model.
What sessions look like
All sessions are 50 minutes via secure telehealth video. You will need to be in a private space or in a place where others are not listening. This protects your privacy and helps you feel free to speak openly. This could be your home, a parked car, any private room, or even a walk in nature.
We will go at your own pace. You are always welcome to use fidgets, turn off your camera, dim the lights, or use any other accommodations that help you feel comfortable. This space is made to support you, and your needs matter here.
Therapy here is not about making you fit into a neurotypical mold. It is about understanding yourself, healing what has been hurt, and building a life that is fulfilling where you are free to grow and flourish.
