Let's Rebuild and Flourish.
But Safely.

Hi, I'm Kristine! I love helping people build self-worth and uncover their true, sacred selves in a safe way. I am experienced in helping late-diagnosed, high-masking autistic individuals navigate through their journey, as well as those with dynamic disabilities and chronic illness.

Traditional services can be unhelpful or even harmful to neurodivergent individuals. I have taken special care to build a space where you are valued, understood, and accommodated.

As an AuDHD therapist myself, I understand from the inside what it means to navigate a world that was not designed for your brain. There are so many complex experiences that could result in lower self-worth, and I would love to help you begin to heal and rebuild.

Self-Worth and Identity

Self-worth work is for everyone. Whether your sense of self has been shaped by neurodivergence, trauma, relationships, chronic illness, or a lifetime of being told you are too much or not enough, rebuilding and flourishing is possible. You deserve to feel at home in yourself.

Developmental Trauma, PTSD and Complex-PTSD

Trauma can shape the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you. I use a trauma-informed approach and help you gently explore and heal developmental trauma, PTSD, or Complex PTSD at a pace that feels safe.

Narcissistic Abuse and Coercive Control Recovery

Narcissistic abuse and coercive control can devastate your sense of self in ways that are difficult to name and even harder to recover from. I offer support whether you are still in the relationship, working toward leaving, or in recovery. You do not have to have anything figured out to receive support. You do not have to go through this alone.

LGBTQ+ and Kink Allied

I support LGBTQ+ clients, kink communities, and individuals exploring sexuality and identity. For many autistic and neurodivergent people, this is a meaningful part of self-understanding. You're welcome to bring your full self here without judgement.

Dynamic Disability and Chronic Illness

Invisible and fluctuating conditions are frequently dismissed by the medical system and misunderstood by others. Getting answers can take years, and it often involves being dismissed, misunderstood, or not fully believed. These experiences can have a lasting impact and contribute to medical trauma and self-doubt. Conditions like ME/CFS, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Long Covid, and other chronic illnesses carry real grief—including grief for the life you worked so hard for or imagined, and for the energy you no longer have. You are not a burden. You are believed here—without having to prove it. Your experience is valid, and you deserve to be supported and taken seriously.

"There are so many complex experiences that could result in lower self-worth. You are not alone, and it is possible to flourish beyond life-altering or hard experiences."

Your privacy matters.

When therapy is billed through insurance or delivered through platforms like BetterHelp or Headway, your private information doesn't stay private. Your diagnosis and session notes are submitted to insurance companies. Platforms like BetterHelp have faced scrutiny for sharing user data with advertisers. When working with insurance and tech companies, it is often required to make a diagnosis in the very first session, before we've had any real time to understand what's going on for you. Insurance companies, private equity backed platforms, and large healthcare systems are above all else—profit driven. Their decisions are shaped by increasing profits and shareholder value, not by what is actually best for you.

The Diagnostic Criteria (The DSM) has been heavily shaped by insurance company and pharmaceutical lobbying. Its foundational research has significant gaps, particularly around women, BIPOC individuals, and anyone who doesn't fit the narrow profile the criteria was written for. This does not align with my commitment to decolonizing my practice.

I have a PRIVATE Practice for a reason, and that's because I believe your privacy matters. I do not want a third-party dictating to me your treatment. Many people also choose to not have any official diagnoses on their medical records for any number of reasons, and that is not possible when working with a third-party. Private pay means your records and session notes stay between us. No insurance companies. No tech platforms. No third parties. I take the time to get to know you, and I only give a diagnosis if that's what YOU want. I practice in a way that is genuinely in your interest and prioritizes you always. Superbills are available if you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement. I would provide you with the superbill, and then you would submit that to your insurance company if that is what you want. I do not communicate directly with the insurance company.
